Sterilization:

Autoclaving is procedure in which instruments are sterilized with steam at 121 degrees C at 15 psi pressure which even kills the spore (eggs) of the bacteria apart from that disinfecting solutions and glass bead sterilizers are also used the instruments are stored in air tight pouches which have the indicators to tell the status the instrument being used
